Inez is the Manager and baker and her partner Bruno is the owner- but also delivers our fresh bread and pastries straight to your door (we also get him working out in our kitchen too) are the main back bone of the company,

Marcin is our yeast ,dough and cakes baker and Lukasz is our head baker and our sourdough specialist
We try to show people the old fashion way to bake bread, rolls and cakes and improvers, everything is made by the hands. We would like show to people organic natural ways in life that in return give you the best and tastiest bread.
We use Rye sourdough starter and All sourdough breads are 100% organic , we only use the best flour that is bought from GB SHIPTON MILL- by appointment to prince of Wales.
Our most popular breads is our White sourdough Golden sourdough Polish village sourdough Spelt sourdough and we bake this maximum of 6 times a year as it takes 3 days to grow.
We deliver our specialist breads across the whole of the uk and also Europe

Excellent baker and mini cafe. This is a superb little shop, with freshly baked breads, from white and whole meal Sourdough loaves to croissants and soft baps. The chap who runs it is lovely, friendly, very helpful, and very patient as he explained all his goods and waited for me to make a choice.
