With over 10 years’ experience caring for people’s hearing, I used my extreme passion for my profession to create my own hearing care practice with customer-centred care at the forefront.
Fresh Hearing was set up to provide a different approach to hearing care. After my observations over many years, I noticed some other professionals offering poor ongoing customer support and a lack of comprehensive, lifestyle-based, solution-driven testing and hearing aid advice. This compelled me to make a difference.
